Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Jawbster and provide information about our Services. We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Service from time to time. This may be due to us improving our Service or simply reflecting changes in legal requirements. By using our product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account or using our service, you are agreeing to enter into a Legally Binding Contract with Jawbster. If you do not wish to do so, please do not create an account or stop using our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, please do so by deleting your account.

Account information

You may use Jawbster by signing in using your Facebook or Google login. By doing so, you are giving us permission to access and use certain Facebook or Google account information.

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and also all activities or information that are carried out or provided under your profile.

No Representation of Content

All content presented on user profiles or posts are those of the respective users and Jawbster does not claim to represent nor fact check the content. We do use our proprietary software to provide a personalised service for you, which we believe will provide you with opportunities that you would be keen to explore.

Community guidelines

By using Jawbster, you agree to adhere to our community guidelines of:

Providing accurate information about yourself

Limiting to a single account

Professional behavior and respect towards other users

No use of inappropriate or offensive language

Not post any content that you do not permission for or if it violates copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights

Not promoting violence, illegal activities, hate speech, racism, physical or psychological harm to other users

Not posting sexually explicit or pornographic material

Not engaging in activities to harm the service or product

Not engaging in illegal activities

Not represent other individuals or companies that you do not have authority or permission for

Not create another account if we have deleted your account for violation of law or any of our policies

Not collecting information of others without express permission

Recognising content posted by users belonging to respective users

Recognising content owned by Jawbster by way of software code and design

Limitation of Liability

Jawbster does not grant any warranties and although Jawbster takes reasonable steps to ensure our product and Services are safe and secure, all users access this at your own risk. Any warranties, expressed or implied, relating to our product and Services, including without limitation any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Our product and Services are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. Jawbster does not warrant that our product and Services will meet your requirements or that the operation of our Services via the website or through the apps will be uninterrupted, error free, safe or secure. You acknowledge that by using our product or Services, that you release Jawbster from any claims and damages, known or unknown.

Intellectual Property

Jawbster reserves all its intellectual property rights in the Service that is offered through the website or mobile applications. This is not limited to the content and materials located thereon, including names and logos, designs, text, graphics and other files, and the selection, arrangement and organization thereof, are the intellectual property of Jawbster or its licensors.

The content that you post on or through the Service do not belong to Jawbster and by allowing us to post your content as part of our Service, you grant us a license to use it in a royalty-free manner. This license can be ended at any stage by deleting the content or account.

Rights

You provide us rights to use your profile and information that you have provided in your profile to be displayed to others as part of our Service. Some of the information will only be displayed when both parties have chosen to be connected with each other, whilst some of the information will never be displayed but only used by Jawbster to provide a more personalised Service. You can find out more through the help and info display or via the preview screen.

Deleting your Account

You can terminate your agreement with Jawbster by deleting your account. This can be done via the web or mobile application itself or simply contact us at info@jawbster.com.

Terminating the account also means that you lose the right to use and access our Services. The content that you provided will also be deleted however any content provided privately to other users will remain until the other user deletes the information or account.

Disputes

Jawbster may receive requests to remove posting of any content that violates or infringes the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. This may also occur if it violates our community guidelines. We endeavor to always investigate this as thoroughly as possible and to always communicate the process with you. If you believe that any material contained on our web or mobile application infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you should notify us of your copyright infringement claim. If you believe that your content has been removed inappropriately, please also notify us.

Jawbster may also receive requests to remove accounts that may have violated our community guidelines and we endeavor to investigate and communicate with the utmost standard as described above.
